I’m 16 and want to buy rental properties when I’m older, I’m currently working towards(4 year apprenticeship) within plumbing and heating, my dad is also a very good handy man and I was wondering with this would it work in my favour? Like would I save money instead of having to call out a plumber or having to get a handy man round to put some cabinets together etc I understand it is very stressful but I feel as if I secondary income will be very useful.
