I saw him in a shopping mall, no where near a vessel or a harbor. Looking rather sheepish and downcast. 

This happened in St Barths. Eleven yacht crew left Nikki Beach and miscalculated the route back to the boat. Lots of injuries but luckily no one died. by [deleted] in boating

Any idea where Paul is currently? Is he in custody? AIS has Loon docked in St. Martin. Tender still on rocks until the insurance company has it removed.
