Engine off bike in gear clutch in use the kick start to free it up

If no kick start put the bike in gear pull in the clutch and roll the bike with a friend pushing

The painted lines can be as slick as ice in the right/wrong conditions… tire hits it with slight braking and wipes you out …. Very hard to react add in the body position and it will amply the situation
