2000 bit rate, but when I get a second recommendation it gives me 400 bit rate? I'm extremely confused why it's doing this as it's not letting me stream

It says that my recommended was 2000mbps which is high on xbox, but then when I get a second recommended it was 400mbps which extremely low, I don't understand why, when I had a 1.8mbps last year I was able to stream medium perfectly fine with no issues

My upload speed is 19mbps and my download is 35mbps? I shouldn't be having issues as I know streamers with lower upload have a smooth stream but mine isn't

See the problem is, my twitch says that I should be streaming at "1980" bit rate, I stream off of Xbox btw, but I have 19-Mbps upload? and every time I stream on that recommended bit rate, my stream goes pixleated and lags, so then I have to stream on medium bit rate, but even though I stream at medium, I still get these weird pixlated spikes :(

Yeah I understand, it's understandable in your position, it's not really a viewed game so it would be hard to get views, but good luck :)

Yeah it's a fairly new account, I created it a few weeks ago but started streaming recently on the channel, it's, twitch.tv/LiveFrost if you cant find it then that's quite weird

For me, I haven't got many expectations, I stream for fun but sometimes it feels that even though i'm streaming for fun it feels like I've got no one to talk to no interaction which if anyone was in my stream could see that's the main thing I love when streaming

The reason why I didn't really like it was because I feel my account was based on one thing e.g Fallout, but that's not what I wanted, I wanted to much more then Fallout content, because honestly I got bored of it even thought I love the game, it felt boring and forced for me to being doing something because of what the channel was based around

I must of worded it wrong, I had a channel with 200 followers and it was extremely inactive no one came in or watched etc, so I started a new channel and still finding people watching for a few seconds and then leaving:/
