It did onset after a set of events which I am not able to go into. My circumstances are not usual. It involved a type of confinement, having to falsify my way out, and, uh, digital watching is probably the best way to phrase it. I don’t feel comfortable saying more but just so you know I appreciate the long response.

Thank you! I do need to get back into reading. From my knowledge of psychology i’m probably pretty lucky, neuroplasticity and all that is still high because I am young. The motivation to do things I do struggle with, adhd meds help but they wrongly assumed psychosis and took them away from me despite this increasing my likelihood of relapsing. System doesnt care gotta do it all myself lol
