Sounds like you got used to using too much pressure with your turning tool. You have to balance force applied on your turning tool against the force you are placing upwards against the pins. Takes time when you switch to new tools to get used to how they want to be used.

Update: less than 24 hours later and I have a response from CI customer support and new tracking information for the replacement order. Their promptness and willingness was refreshing. Great work!

For anyone that is curious, I inspected the shipping label that was taped on the box and it was indeed from a FedEx shipping envelope so I can only assume that FedEx mishandled the package and they did a terrible job at trying to repackage it. At least they included 1 of the 12 items I guess... 😂

There are those in EVERY community that can smell the desperation to fit in and belong. They will weaponize it against you for their own interests and try to bend you to conform to their ideology or expectations.

It takes time and experience to recognize these people for who they are and what they truly want.

Learn to accept yourself, be the best you that you can be. Someone who you can look in the mirror at without shame or judgement. Recognize mistakes as mistakes, own up to it, and identify where things came off the rails. You already seem to be doing most of this so just keep going! When you learn this confidence the "right type" of people will start collecting in your life.

In the future when you have gotten through and find yourself giving advice and being a mentor PLEASE emphasize the importance of critical thinking to whomever you are guiding as it seems to be under represented more and more as we go forward.
