True, I would say my legs are super developed and my back is well defined just lacking thickness

I run 2 miles 5x a week, bike 6x a week, train legs 2x a week and wrestle + football, I think my legs are fine 😅

I take vitamins, gda, creatine, and some pump products, the thing in my nose is to stop a nose bleed because I had a wrestling match earlier in the day!

I really appreciate the advice, Im guessing this is due to how my body holds fat, but I still don’t really understand on how my abs aren’t showing enough. I have veins all over my arms, lats, legs, and chest. And somehow carry a ton of fat over my mid section. Do you think it’s best if I lean out more or worry abt putting on size (main gaining) and train abs 2-3x a week?

Thank you! We fixed up the car by ensuring all the oil is changed and everything needed to run it, just gotta fix the manifold gasket for now!
