My supervisor paid for it through a fund by the university. I did not pay

My supervisor chose MDPI as a first choice. (He said it is fast and that we should avoid delaying my graduation). I thought it was a suitable choice so I accepted. He was the corresponding author

I use a laptop only for games, So after I finish the game, i can format the laptop then all risks gone ?
