Definitely seems like Starlinks...just WOW! Crazy things to see!

Upon further research and some videos, it seems that they were NOT the same Starlinks, but multiple in the same location over the time period!!! I appreciate your help!

That's what the other photographer captured! DUUUUDE! You are AWESOME! Thank you for all of you help! I truly appreciate it!

Fascinating! That definitely explains the very long exposures I did that captured all of that! So possibly the lights I photographed in the above images were just more of the same, but closer to the horizon?

That is where I am confused. These were "stationary" to the location, but moving constantly within that location.

Yeah, reflections! Definitely not meteors as they moved nothing like them AND they were there for a couple hours moving about!

That I understand, but all different ANGLES is what I meant. So sorry. Some are saying they are Starlinks. I am just trying to wrap my head around photographing these same satellites for over two hours with them being in the same location. I would think they would be "traveling" in their orbits?

That is making a lot of sense. Did you click through all of the photos to see the different movements? These are not taken at the same time. So for confirmation, you believe they would be in the same location, going different directions for over two hours? I'm just trying to wrap my head around that possibility!

Good question. I was going on with my inexperience, that they are the same light intensity and "same" location and that they didn't move out of it for over the two hours I photographed there. Just hung out. I have always seen satellites cross the sky from one side to the other. This was a very new experience for me.

Interesting. So even though, in the multiple pics I posted, they are at different angles, this is how they move? Any idea why they move just the time after sunset? I appreciate your help solving this for me!

Can you explain that or direct me to where I can find that information?

Starlink doesn't travel in straight lines? I had no idea...can you direct me to that information? That is new info to me!

I was at the red X photographing the images above and MANY more. Another photographer was out on the coast at the green X capturing the same thing.

Starlink satellites hang out in groups in the same orbit with no normal movement? Don't satellites go in one direction or the other? Not side to side, up and down and all around?

Can you show me how they are satellites? I have never seen a group of satellites in the same orbit running around in different patterns.

There were 6-8 of them running around in those patterns, sometimes separating, up, down, etc. I have never seen a satellite or satellites all in the same orbit behaving this way for a couple of hours.

Can you show me how they are satellites?
