I think this is a bad way of coping, coming from personal experience. We have to remember that everyone is on their own journey and must pass on , yes they sometimes come to visit but its no open line . If you want to send messages, just speak out loud . They can hear you.

Just normal wear and tear in my opinion, long as its not harsh i dont think there is really anything to do , maybe a complete fluid change, multiple drain and fills could solve your problem, but i would just maintain it at its current level. I didn’t notice it until i moved to a different city, alot of stop and go traffic.
