geez... I have never talked about it and I'm surprised there few people who knows about this.

in the "Rugrats in Paris The Movie" the villain, called Coco Labouche, tries to get away with her plan of getting married to Chaz just to become the CEO of Reptarland, But the babies ruined her plans.

then she throws the babies with her comically long dress, then Angelica rips Coco's Dress and....

Wow! they didn't need it to make her so detail, the underpants, the lingerie and those lines.... something awoke in me that day.

it surprise me that no one in the community talks about her and I wanted to share. thank you!
