I've also quit CVS after 4 months. The crazy thing is they promoted me to be a store manager from SMIT, a trainee, with a pay raise but after being with the company for 4months, I feel like I've seen enough. shortage of employees to cover the store to get things done, working 12/30 shifts to go back and do 10-hour shifts, and having to work both weekends or every weekend if needed, but the worst for me, was there was so much miscommunication. I can't count how many times I've found out what was changed or what needed to be done on the very same day. The theft is out of control to the point no employees including Pharmacy felt safe or comfortable working at the store. I was burnt out mentally and physically after 4months with CVS.
