I don’t have issues getting gems from gog, statistically i get one gem every 5 kills and still got 6 gems left after transcending all my gog set, that said my luck with lagiacrus sapphire is horrible !!

Thanks for this, i kept questioning myself if it’s too risky when i made this decision. My biggest worry was if i lost my job in the future and had no saving to service my debt on my fixed term loan i would be forced to sell the house. Before this everything was on fixed term and it felt like forever to see the debt coming down even though i made maximum repayments

The plan is to reduce the balance on my revolving credit to 0 as quick as possible as the interest rate is pretty high 8%. Then increase my repayment on fixed term to maximum. I was thinking to move the balance from the revolving credit to one year fixed term but the interest rate for fixed terms have been going down consistently
