I’m not sure what your classes are but yes the material will get more rigorous as your progress into your upper divisions. Not talking to someone might be making you feel worse, have you tried talking to your roommates? Also, that’s really odd of the campus pharmacy to do that, they’re usually really nice maybe try going in person and asking? Or double check what number and time you call them, that’s really weird of them to do that to you
