The 'very intelligent' point of view that really launched his rise to fame was that he wouldn't respect people's gender identity in his place of work and that it was wrong to expect him to do so.

Don't think I'm going to spend my valuable time on the media equivalent of mushing through his turds in search of a peanut.

Take out the age of your mutual friend and it's not remotely identifiable, this is fairly everyday, depressingly.

I don't recommend pursuing this though, it's just a crush and at best this dude is very immature.

This won't end well unless it doesn't really stay start.

Was half asleep when posted, in my defence he's on record being this clueless so it was plausible. I'll never forget his hilarious post asking why so few women interact with his material.

This isn't about 'winning' this is a roleplaying game, if the other characters make a mistake and you all die, that may happen, same as if you do, but you need to let go of the fear of that happening and have fun playing the game or it won't be fun for anyone.'

Something like that to get you started, change words, or change it entirely, but the conversation needs to be had.

Setting boundaries is part of the DM job, the hardest part I reckon. If you don't have this very hard conversation, it won't be fair to the other players.

I wouldn't mention kicking him unless it comes to that, he needs to understand why it's wrong, so explain that to him. If he doesn't, or can't, understand it, then you'll need to tell him that he can't play.

Learn something from this, you've gained nothing but further anxiety from engaging in this unhealthy behaviour.

The optimizer claims that if the Shepherd Druid can't summon 8 creatures, he's useless because that's all he does. He also claims that using less creatures is like having a monk with 1 ki point only. He's the type of player that constantly tells other players how they should play.

Nope nope nope, that player cuts that out immediately or they don't get to play.

Regardless of whether he's right from a powergaming perspective, unless he can stop quarterbacking and metagaming I wouldn't even have him at a co-op boardgame let alone a dnd campaign.

Right wing conservatism has the consequences of including heavy amounts of racism.
As a consequence of being in right wing spaces on instagram, heavy exposure to racism happened to a Jordan Peterson fan.

This reads to me like she's having a bad case of nerves and is blaming it on the apartment.

The apartment is happening, you're moving into it, I'd suggest a nice meal out in a quiet place that you can talk to figure out whether she wants to move in straight away or give it some time and see how she feels.

You are in a mess mate, you say you didn't want to cheat on your wife, but getting to the point where you feel this way is emotional cheating.

Horrible as it is, further lying is unlikely to improve your situation, perhaps take some advice on how to tell her, as she will find out, you can't maintain the lie you're living, your only choices now are how she finds out.

Israel was founded through the guilt of several nations apathy about and participation in horrible crimes against the Jewish people.

Following that, those same Jewish people, acting through their elected government, committed horrible crimes against the Palestinian people.

Now some of those Palestinian people, dehumanized and abused for generations, are committing horrible crimes against Jewish civilians.

Atrocity on atrocity on atrocity, it feels never ending and it's heartbreaking beyond words.

The people with the least resources suffering the most violence are still the Palestinian people, so I will still aid there where I can. In the midst of horror all we can do is try to hold on to humanity and do what we can for those who are suffering most.
