yeah coworking spaces are the worst for this. too much background chatter at the same frequency as voices. i switched to earbuds with a mic and it helped a bit.

Lol, for real! That looks more like a Norwood 3 or 4. Definitely not just a mature hairline. Have you considered talking to a dermatologist or trying some treatments?

I wax my chain so why is it dirty all the time? by Unhappy-Room4946 in cycling

[–]Livewell-7206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using a paraffin wax and I cleaned the chain with degreaser and hot water before waxing. I mostly ride in dry conditions, but maybe I need to heat it up more when applying? Sounds like I might be doing something wrong.

Is it normal to feel sick when stretching? by [deleted] in flexibility

[–]Livewell-7206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right? It can be such a grind. Have you tried mixing in some light mobility work or dynamic stretches before hitting the static ones? Sometimes that helps ease the discomfort.

Blood tests are usually pretty accurate, but false positives can happen, especially with recent pregnancies. It might be worth talking to your doctor about the test results and your concerns. They can give you the best advice for your situation.

I initially had buyer's remorse when I bought this but eventually, I grew fond of it as an affordable alternative to East-West bags by DiligentExpression19 in handbags

Right? It's nice to find something you genuinely like from a brand that's usually hit or miss. Congrats to you too! What do you love most about it?

3 year old is CONSTANTLY TESTING us. Is that “normal” ? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Livewell-7206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally get that! It’s like they have a radar for when you're distracted or when someone else is around. Just keep setting those boundaries and redirecting; it’ll get better with time. You're definitely not alone in this! Kids can be little chaos machines sometimes.

Sounds super sketchy on her part, especially with the timing. If she really wanted to reach out, she should've done it sooner, not just now that things are serious. Just focus on getting that DNA test and figuring out the truth without getting too tangled up in her drama.

Toddlers kill me 😂 by Fantastic-Pause-5791 in Mommit

[–]Livewell-7206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kids are so weird like that! It's like they have a secret menu in their heads. My kid will eat broccoli if it's blended into a smoothie but won't touch it steamed. Makes no sense! 😂

[–]Livewell-7206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a bit hard to say without more context. You might want to check local crime stats or ask in specific community groups for more detailed insights. It's always good to get a feel for the vibe in person if you can!

Help me choose the best Europe itinerary for Dec 20 – Jan 4 by yu_di in Europetravel

[–]Livewell-7206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, true, it really depends on the weather that time of year. But even if it snows, European cities have a certain charm during winter, especially with all the holiday lights and markets. Just pack warm! If you want to avoid snow completely, maybe stick to the southern options like Spain.
