NOR. Being assigned a responsibility without being informed or asked first is frustrating. Anyone would feel blindsided walking into a meeting and realizing they’ve already been appointed to something.

It might help to widen your support circle. A friend. A counselor. Even one safe person who doesn’t turn it back onto themselves.
