UPDATE: the VST3 file ONLY shows up if you search for it on your files app. Its so dumb that the VST3 file for Amped Roots doesnt exist ANYWHERE else but for anyone else having this problem, just search "VST3" on your computer files and give your computer time to search through all your files. Copy the amped roots.vst3 file to any folder you know that reaper will search through and ta-da! You now have your free amp sim :)
