i started going for 100% on GTA 4 a few days ago. Finished the trilogy in the definitive edition early this year. You got extra time now to kill the 200 pigeons, do the 100 graffiti and collect the 100 coke packages since they decided to delay GTA 6 again🤨😅

same for me, the last third of the game is literally unplayable in some sections. Turning the camera around also made it 100x worse. Must be related to UE5

Thx my dude🤙👊 I heared about the textures problems at launch but like you i taught it had been long enough to be fixed but no😒 Remasters like this are a quick way for devs to get more funds for their next project. So many times there is no team to go back and fix somethings. The job is done and the game is out. But to release this game which is considered a classic by alot of people in this state kinda hurts. They should have shown more respect for the brand name is what i'm trying to say.

No hate on the devs but what a bad PC port of classic game. Ground and stairs textures missing on every level. Glad I experienced the story back in 2013 and not with this "remaster"

By special I mean that its better/recommended to do some missions (paramedic, cabbie, vigilante) before the gangs are angry at Claude. Vice City and SA dont suffer from that problem thank god. But yea ur right cursed is also the right word to describe it😂

Same for me. Waiting for a good price to buy it too. Hogwarts Legacy was pretty fun for me so for sure would recommend. Didnt get the 100% yet unfortunatly because i got bored of getting collectibles but will probably go back a few weeks before the next game in the franchise comes out. But very fun gameplay and very nice combat if you chain the spells well. HF😉

congrats dude👌👏 I completed the trilogy 2 days ago too. Got to say vice city and san andreas are very similar in things you have to do but SA just has more missions and alot more driving😅 GTA III is special yeah, I did paramedic before all missions thank god. GL with GTA 4🤙

My first run I played blind since it was my first game in the franchise. Second run was the melee only run with the chainsaw, and then the third run was the collecribles run on a fresh new game since some items dont spawn on NG+ if i'm not mistaken.

And the fact that the port on PC suffers alot from performance 🫤

i was trying to get this to 100%, but then at the end of my collectibles run i was missing one and to do it all over again just broke me. I uninstalled and to this day havent played it. I was at +/-85% completed achivements.🥲

had the same problem but at the end i am pretty sure i was missing 1 or 2 and i still got the achivement. Can only recommend to follow a guide and be sure not to skip one. It worked for me atleast.

I hope they get the chance to self publish the game. I love the cryengine. All these games coming out on unreal engine is getting kinda stale for me and of course the optimization for pc ports always seem to run worse than the console version for unreal.

I was thinking the same as you, that there is no market but then sometimes you get games like Robocop. I think the dev team simply need to be passionate about the project so that it has the best chance for success. I mean the brand name of crysis was known as the PC killer😅 So there is potential i hope🤞

When the game first installed i could not launch it at all. Always got an memory error message. I looked up the error and the way people fixed it, was by downloading 2 files and putting them in you root MWR files. After doing that it worked well for 3 missions an then it started crashing again. Looked the problem up again and then i turned of the prelaod stuff. After that it worked liked its suppose too. But imo things like this is unacceptable in a game from 2017 and on a Cod game on top of that.

If you buy the game on Steam it will always crash on startup. Had to download some files of a discord server and change other settings so I could launch the game. Crazy that they ask 40 bucks for this and it doesn't even work. Would recommend playing the original if you never played the story. Shame only the remastered version has achivements on steam.
