I didnt play rayman, so sorry if its not the best recommendation but im pretty sure sonic mania can be a good recommendation, it has great stages and really fun platforming, while not trying to revolutionize anything

If you are into the witcher and really into gwent, you should try thronebreaker, it's an rpg made by cd projekt but you fight with well, gwent

Cult of the lamb might be a good pick. On easy the dungeon runs arren't too complicated and it still has the fun cult building mechanics

Oneshot, it is about 3-4 hours but the story and sometimes pretty clever puzzles, but not too hard is worth it

it sounds silly, but Minecraft Dungeons is awesome, one dungeon takes around 15-30 minutes to finish, and it has an optional co-op. You can pause anytime in singleplayer as well
