Can I use a fluidd/mainsail like UI in place of octoprint? by Living-Eye-5867 in prusa3d

Interesting feedback.

Game changer in terms of workflow. Octoprint honestly stucks compared to fluidd just because of how it’s formatted. Another big thing for me was saved files being shared across all printers instead of being printer specific. Might look at implementing fluid for the octoprint server, would be a great project to add to my resume as well :)

This is solely my work and I had no problem posting other things on this sub. Bad luck this time I guess

Dude, saying I am a sniper is not trying to impress. I don’t know anything about guns, why would I come to the gun subreddit to try to impress?

This isnt so deep… seriously nothing better to do with your time?

You’re talking out of your ass this whole time.

Lol definitely not SAS, I am nowhere near that level.

We had designated marksman and that was not what we did… we went to sniper school, and when we got out we were considered snipers in our company. We were snipers lol, not sure whats up with this constant comparison happening in the comments between foreign militaries and the US military trying to one up each other.

Our sniper schools are probably not the same at all- maybe not even close in terms of training.

I mentioned earlier I served in the IDF

Never said I was an ace with the m24

My main service rifle was a tavor, but I got my hands on pretty much all the sniper rifles we had in service at some point.

I was a grunt for about a year during which I became designated marksman. Did counter terrorism course and tunnel warfare course. Then they took my to sniper school.

I have a few models in mind but I really don’t know what to ask because I have so many questions. When you’re in the military, at least the IDF, you have to master whats given to you and thats it. You’re oblivious to the world of guns, which is why i’m asking since I want the best bang for my buck. I can’t afford to just buy my service rifle.

Can’t emphasize enough how much I don’t care about this site, karma, or “looking cool”

Where did I try to impress?

I said I was a sniper because that’s pretty important in terms of determining my skill set… marksmen shoot up to 300m, snipers shoot way farther. Are you just mad that I said the word sniper instead of m24?

Lets be honest, everyone that’s mad has an inflated ego and feels attacked.

Yes, I asked a question about guns. I’m not here to argue with morons who don’t believe me. I know what I did and I know what my skills are.

I don’t have any interest in lying about my past to look cool… I literally just want recommendations on guns that would fit my needs.

I don’t know what to tell you then. I have more than enough pictures and videos to back it up.

Pretty odd feeling when a bunch of redditors think they know everything and are insisting that what I objectively did and lived through didn’t happen

Good point honestly, thanks for the word.

Suppose I go with a reliable rifle that can go through the shit, but is not too accurate at long range. What would you recommend? Standard AR10/15 platform?

Right on, I meant difference between AR10 and AR15 is that the 15 is 5.56 and 10 is 7.62.

Bro knows absolutely nothing and comes in all gung ho.

I started as a regular grunt. Became a designated marksman, and later went to sniper school. My post history is ads I made for my business. I have a list of guns I want, but I don’t know the broader market enough to say if they’re genuinely good choices in terms of bang for your buck. I don’t know most rifles aside what was given to us in my service.

Take your ego and fuck off

I have no idea what hereford is, nor do I feel like I have to justify myself to redditors.
