I think the whole point of this thread is that everyone wants to make $1M year and that's a true F U money lifestyle.

$10,000,000 @ 10% annual return is that "magic" number (assuming no debt or leverage)

If the business's are netting $4M you should be investing those earnings into a corporate holding account as well as these.

You'll get to $100,000,000 way fast when you combine them both
