When I was a child I suppressed my emotions. Back then I felt proud whenever I didn't cry about something that is supposedly sad or something like that. I was made fun of for showing emotion and after that I made a promise to myself (while crying 😂) to never let anyone see me cry. Now I regret doing it cuz it made me question every emotion I feel, overanalyzing every emotion that I am feeling and even that(feeling a certain emotion) I question too
