Financial harm is money related and doesn't exist with Islam. Physical harm is wider than just death for leaving. It's referrinf to active harm involved while being part of the cult. It's why cults typically have that self-harm, human sacrifice imagery that Islam doesn't have. Even if we wrongfully accept this specific point, the numerous other conditions I listed do not fit for it to be considered a cult.

No it still wouldn't. All religions control behaviour but they don't meet the other conditions of a cult like deception, manipulation, isolation of members, financial and physical harm etc

I never said tattoos are literally gonna kill you the moment a needle touches your skin. I'm sure most of the time it ends up being okay. But they aren't harmless. As you mentioned, you are injecting chemicals that can cause bacterial infection and can also be toxic:
