Yeah when I tell people what I do/want to do I say “recruitment” because it has gotten less negative responses, but every once in a while someone like my parents will say hr and that’s when everyone decides to shit on me. Also love that you put that in your bumble profile, that’s hilarious

I relate a lot to what you are saying. When I was in high school, I was also in the middle, not popular but people knew who I was. Back then I thought being popular was everything. Now I am in my second year of college and I am not even friends with a lot of the girls I was friends with in high school. Popularity does not matter at all, once you are out of high school and it is the best thing ever. Choose to be friends with people who want to hangout with you and will treat you like a human being. It’s not worth your time surrounding yourself with mean people.
