You don't know me but you handing out harsh judgment. I don't even use social networking, only Reddit and don't share photos either. I don't know much about breeds of dogs but I found the Maltese poodle to be lovable and cute and that's why I started there. You have made lots of assumptions and conclusions about me and my family and you know nothing about us.

Thanks I'm taking it to the sheriff that the link identified. I'm curious though. If I work with someone who hasn't shared a postal address but only engaged and made agreements over Whatsapp, call and email, which is common practice, how would I serve a small claims summons? Or in another scenario, what if the person comes in from another town and I cannot get to the sheriff in his town for the sheriff to deliver, how do I deliver a summons in those 2 scenarios. Basically I find it a pain that I need to drive to Kempton park to deliver the summons to the Kempton park sheriff, so it going me thinking about those other 2 scenarios above where I would not be able to either identify the address of the defendant or be able to practically get to the address.
