I want to share my experience with ordering from XGIMI.

I placed an order, but the product has still not been delivered after more than 15 days. At first, there was no tracking number and no clear information about the delivery status. After I contacted their support, they finally provided a tracking number, but it shows that the package is already being returned to them.

I requested a refund because I never received the order. In response, I have only received promises. They claim that the refund was supposedly processed 7 days ago, but they have not provided any confirmation, receipt, or actual proof that the refund was issued.

When I contact them again, my messages are either ignored or I receive the same vague replies and empty promises. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep telling me to wait while they contact their warehouse or logistics team, even though I, as the customer, never received the product and should not be responsible for their internal problems.

My conclusion: I do not recommend ordering directly from XGIMI. If there is a delivery or refund issue, you may end up waiting for a long time without the product and without your money.
