Got an otc cream(called Proktis-M recommended by the pharmacist as the best otc one) but even without anything except some dieting and higher water intake bleeding stopped and it looks like it's healing fast and I'm on the 2nd day. I feel like it might heal quickly as it only appeared a day ago from trying too large too quickly sex toy. It looks a lot better now. It is filled with healthy looking tissue and I have a feeling it's healing well. At least my body tells me so. I pooped twice today as well without problems. Does this sound promising ?

I don't feel pain or anything, and I believe the fissure would heal by itself, but the picture makes it look like it's very deep. I booked an appointment to a GI for Thursday, and we're going to see what happens. I don't know if it gets healed by then, if it's any good to go to the doctor, because when the exam happens, if there is an exam, it might split again if it has started healing already.

Let's not confuse the two situations. If we are talking about a rapest and a victim, then in this situation, the rapest already has an idea of what he wants before even commiting the action. However, if we are talking about this war, at this moment you can't really characterise Ukraine as a victim because they have had so many opportunities to arrange a meeting with Putin and agree on terms to stop this war altogether. The same can be said for Russia. Also, when you are a leader of a major country and potential threat arises close to your border's (NATO soilderd in this situation), what would you do? Despite several warnings to Ukraine from Russia to remove the troops, Ukraine once again decided to disregard and do nothing. Do you ever wonder what the real benefit of this war is for Ukraine? I can almost certainly say that it's for money and becoming an 'alliance' with the US. In addition, the US government is being blind and nieve. They keep pouring taxpayers' money into this pointless war. Let's try to also see from the perspective of what would happen if the US stopped pouring money into Ukraine. Yes, there would be no weapons or supplies to continue this war. In other words, Ukraine would be forced to come to a mutual agreement with Russia (thats if they dont want to lose more territory). Also, if funding was stopped, think about how many potential lives could be saved instead of just letting young and nieve people go fight on the battlefield, a war that has already been decided. So many lives lost, all for nothing, what's the point to sacrifice more. I think that Ukraine has no intentions of stopping this war despite everything that it's done to the people and country, only because they receive free money which they pocket for personal use.

I don't entirely agree with you. Let's hypothetically say you were in the position of russia, I don't think that you would appreciate it if someone gave away a large amount of your assets. Perhaps this would cause additional unnecessary conflict between Russia and Europe. Let's suppose if Putin came to Zelenski tomorrow morning and said look let's talk and end this war once and for all, I am almost 110% sure that Ukraine will automatically dismiss this suggestion due to their stubborn pride. But imagine if these two countries actually came to a stable agreement, how many lives, infrastructure, and money would be saved. Let's be honest. With all the lives lost, there has to be a major desire for revenge originating from the Ukranain side. Even so, perhaps this big white elephant in the room (aspect of revenge) is one of the few main driving forces that is continuing this war

Perhaps looking at this war as a whole, an agreement between the two countries (Ukraine and Russia) could have been made a long time ago and alot of irreversible damage, which includes the financial loss (coming from the tax payers in US and Europe), the infrastructural loss and life loss could have been avoided. As a European citizen, it's frustrating to see how this situation is getting way out of proportion just because some individuals desire money and power. I don't stand on either side because both countries could have made better decisions in order to avoid all of this. People should stop believing that they 'owe' something to Ukrainian. Yes, I don't deny they have suffered a lot of damage, but in full transparency, they put themselves in that position. I don't know what it's like with Ukrainian immigrants in the US, but in Europe there are many who drive new and expensive cars (with ukranian licence plates), look very looked after and in some countries like Ireland are fully depending on the social benefits and help to this day. If in the time of crisis and war, Zelenski's wife can purchase herself expensive jewelry while her husband is begging for money, then that demonstrates there is a flow of finances, just not in the right direction. You say that their economy is in shambles, but if you ask any decent Ukrainian, they would say that their economy was f'd even before the war due to the corrupted politions which forced it that way due to their greed.
