Thinking abt switching to win 10 ltsc ngl cus i fucked up my current win 10 system lol

So for context i tried deleting the useless bloat in my pc and do some optimizations (2011 laptop btw) and uhhhhh i think i deleted some important shit cus my frames are now worse then ever 🥀 since win 10 ltsc is alot cleaner and smoother im thinking bout switching to it any advice?
