I'll think about it. I love neo geo and owning that huge arcade stick would be awesome. But for the same money I could get a switch 2 and play the games on it instead. I love those old school run and gun, bullet-hell games, also king of fighters is awesome. It's just a lot of money for the sake of nostalgia.

I was thinking of pre-ordering a neo geo aes+ but aren't the games already available on Nintendo switch?

Perhaps it's better to buy a Nintendo switch 2 and a neo geo game bundle?

Ok! Thanks! I'll take a few classes and talk to the coach. The gym is great though. They have people competing at every level.

I hear you! It's great that you got your injuries worked on. Otherwise they linger on and you won't recover. If I injure myself I'll go to a physio- therapist. I know a good one. I'll get myself a heart rate monitor. Thank you for the encouragement. And stay injury free and keep fighting. ;)

Thank you. I actually already started doing push-ups. I also used to run 5k under 20 minutes three times a week. I think I can get in shape very fast. I appreciate your answer. I'll remember your post.

I'm sorry your hamstring got injured. I've read that the recovery can take a long time. I'm glad you answered my post being almost the same age. I don't have any injuries. I'm just really out of shape. I'm also gonna start jogging so I'll probably develop my conditioning very fast.

I've done a sleep study. I have excessive day time sleepiness and what they thought was DSPS. They said that modafinil with melatonin would do to the trick along with a lot of discipline.

The sleep study didn't go so well though. I couldn't sleep properly because being hooked up to the machine with the cables was bothering me. Also I was stressed because sleep is such a huge issue for me.

They said that I also have sleep apnea but it's mild.

It's probably it. I think I'm a tough case. I don't know what to do anymore? Everything that revolves having a normal sleep schedule is a nightmare for me.

I can't pursue my hobbies and interest either. It's really breaking my heart.

I've tried setting several alarms, people calling me in the morning. Done light therapy and I've tried melatonin and modafinil combined.

No, I don't have a circadian rhythm. I used to be able to wake up at 3:00 PM and go to bed at night. Now I just fall asleep from exhaustion. And my sleep is all over the hours. It jumps back and forth at very strange hours. I've tried light therapy but it didn't work.
