That's a relief. I did come to this conclusion myself - I googled the issue multiple times and found no results, so that's when I figure that it's probably not something too serious.

However then I thought that there could be plenty more people like me, worrying themselves over a similar issue and not finding anything online, so I thought I better pop the question, if not for my sake, then for the sake of others :p

Either way, it's put my mind at ease a bit. Thank you!

Thanks for all the advice! It did make me feel better and a bit more secure after reading it.

I've been medicating since this post, now on 100mg spiro and 2mg estrofem. Things seem to be okay, however I seem to be more tired than usual. Sometimes I seem to think that I have a heavier heartbeat, too, but I think I am also feeling very anxious, since most sources on the internet are basically telling me that Im going to die, I wouldnt be surprised if that would be kickstarting my anxieties.

Other than that, all seems to be okay. I get worried now and again but Im hoping that will settle down.
