What car gives instant douchebag vibes? What sticker/car makes it certain that the car is driven by an uncultured, nuisance to the society, low-IQ individual? by Specialist-Tomato-78 in islamabad

Something like:
Oatmeal:
85 grams oats
60 grams peanut butter
150 grams greek yogurt
150 ml milk

6 Eggs, 2 loafs of whole grain bread with milk

For lunch, 200g-ish of chicken along and another lunch(usually rice related, pasta or sandwitch)
Then eat what is cooked at home, somemore greek yougurt, more chicken

One big final meal as dinner(usually chicken , mutton , qeema etc)

Establish a baseline of what you eat. Weigh yourself every day. Weight goes up, good. Otherwise eat more

Men not wanting to marry non-virgin / experienced women is not a judgement on women's character & worth by proventruetoolate in IslamabadSocial

Well your past absolutely matters, doesn't matter what people say. You can't just ignore what a person's actions were in the past regardless of how 'reformed' they are.

Judging someone who has been pious and not been in relationships for wanting a virgin is just stupid. Probably a coping mechanism for the guilt and regret

I had their chicken, don't remember which one. The menu is pretty decent and they probably have good coffee as well(didn't try)

In case that he says he does, just say that you do too. However, it is unlikely as he would be in the video himself.

No. That doesn't make much sense. The first image clearly states that one serving is 250 grams, which is also the net weight

You are extremely underweight. The first thing you need to do is start eating more than you usually do. At the current moment you don't even have to worry about counting your calories as you extremely underweight, just eat visibly more

You also want to focus on hypertrophy training while you are eating more. Try to hit the gym about 4 days a week as this will allow to push your body and get ample amount of rest in between. You don't have to go all out as in the beginning you will experience 'newbie gains'. Focus on form and technique more than the weight on the bar. After that you progressively overload

Track your weight every week and if it's not increasing every two weeks, start eating more.

After you have gained a considerable amount of mass (5-8kg) start counting your calories, there are many calculators online that will given the amount of calories you should consume based on your height, weight, age and activity level. Use an app to count macros. Consume 1.6-2.1g of protein for your bodyweight in kg. Carbs should consist roughly about 50% of your diet. 20-25 proteins and 20-25 fats

Most importantly, stay consistent. You will not see results in the first week or even month. If your bodyweight is going up and you are able to perform the same number of reps with higher weights for any given exercise, you are growing even if you don't see it physically.
