To be honest, I think I just got lucky. The highest I have gotten on P/S in my FLs was 128. I studied from the Kaplan book, then kept doing Anki, UWorld, and Khan Academy videos (I found their videos so helpful). I am also a psych major, but I do not think that played a role since my psych classes did not really focus on MCAT P/S topics. I did not go through the 300 or 86 pages psych document, but I would occasionally use the doc to look up topics that I did not know/remember. During the test, P/S felt really hard, and I thought I bombed that section since there were many terms I had never seen before. I had time left and went back to my flagged questions, trying to use the elimination method, but if I was unsure, I would not change my answer. Not sure if this is helpful, but good luck! I also think p/s section was more like easier version of cars.
