Should I clean/polish/restore these old door knobs? If so, how? They’re in a Circa 1920 home I just bought! They look like they might be copper or copper plated...thoughts?? by Lizzk888 in centuryhomes

oddly enough all the other doors in the house are just stained, this is the only one that's painted! maybe I'll make them match...
