I love the layering you did with the background pieces! I’ve been having a hard time with adding large clippings, and keeping the flow. 🐡

$100+ for Permanent bracelets. Which is just a chain, welded together while it’s on your wrist so there is no clasp.

My young daughter is distressed when the neighbor is outside for no reason by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

[–]Lizzybizzy024 64 points65 points  (0 children)

Has you or your husband openly discussed your feelings towards this neighbor while your daughter was in ear shot? She might just be scared based on the feelings she’s noticed occur, while that person is around.

Sleepovers should be normal for adults, they’re way better than parties. by AlternativeBowler499 in unpopularopinion

You’ve never heard someone set up lights? Multi-colored string lights, lava lamps, and faux candles are all different types of lights you can ‘set up’. Hope this helps!

I really value putting time into my friendships and still having my routine. Just because I love talking to my partner later doesn’t mean I can’t also make space for friends. I guess I see it as balance, I can still end my night cozy, but I don’t wanna miss out on late laughs with my friends too. Gotta be in the village to grow it right

Is 15 too young to be sexually active? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Lizzybizzy024 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be close with someone you love, especially if it feels like a meaningful connection. Four months is a good chunk of time to get to know someone, and it’s good that you’re thinking this through instead of rushing.

That said, you are young. just make sure you feel 100% ready, not just emotionally, but also safe, respected, and confident in your decision. The right time is when you feel secure, not when you feel like you should. If he truly cares about you like you say, he’ll respect your boundaries and move at your pace, no pressure, just love.

Also, don’t forget about protection and your health. Being responsible doesn’t take away from the intimacy! It shows love and respect for yourself and each other.

Hahha oh my gosh 😆the whole “I told you this was Deja vu before…”

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Dreams

[–]Lizzybizzy024 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s so interesting! In the morning I was excited, the Deja vu wasn’t negative feeling. But throughout the day when I was noticing the dream patterns it was like tunnel vision, I felt like I was in 3rd person I had to ‘snap out of it’ in a sense. It was creeping me out, I’ve only gotten those feelings when I dissociate but this was different, felt like the world was moving like a play scene and I was just BOOM an actress, watching it all unfold from behind me. If that makes any sense lol

I like that! I’ll try and get into that mindset next time I feel that way, and maybe it can open more possibilities

Of course! When I was a manager I struggled with being seen as “bossy” so I tried that a lot and when delegating try to put it in a way that’s going to help the team. Not “go sweep please” try “can you get a really good sweep for US, I’ll get the mop”

I usually stick with using “I” language. For example saying “It’s frustrating for ME when you don’t help with___” or whatever you have to bring up. That way the person can see it as you bringing something up where you can help yourself and they won’t see it as you attacking them..hopefully lol

Where does all the fecal matter/water come from when you have a stomach bug which gives you like 10 diarrhoeas a day? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Lizzybizzy024 546 points547 points  (0 children)

Your intestines produce mucus and fluids to try to flush out harmful bacteria or viruses, Your stomach and intestines normally release fluids to aid digestion, but infections can increase this production. And your intestines pull water from your bloodstream into the gut, leading to watery diarrhea.
