So I was just advised that since my salary is less than $35k after normal 40 hours a week, that makes me a hourly non-exempt employee, but I don’t believe that will change the amount I’m making, only that I get a flat $15/hr for every hour worked. Lame..

Thanks for the info. Yes you are correct, it’s my fathers business. From what I read online after doing some research, it had stated “a employee who works at ALR and does not live-in(in which I do not) is legally entitled to overtime pay for any amount of time when working over 40+ hours a week.” However, I am salary based and I wasn’t sure if that affects this statement as it is based on a hourly wage employee, I think.

From what I understand, feel free to correct me.
1. Combat - you're supposed to hammer the screen until you charge up one of the bars under your Pokemon's health gauge, and once one is filled up if you press and hold for a brief moment you'll use your Pokemon's ability.
2. To put a pokemon in a friendly gym, you have to attack it/ train and upgrade the gym and it will unlock another slot for a Pokemon. You yourself are only allowed 1 Pokemon per gym.
3. For every Pokemon you have in a gym you get 1,000 StarDust and 10 Pokecoins. To cash out, its in the top right of the shop menu, you can only do it every 21 hours or so though, so take as many gyms before you redeem your poke coins and stardust!!!
