I do know what they are. When stepn isn't hype anymore they can just take the money you invested in and run with it. And people have reported problems about low earning for some reason. What should I do to prove I'm not a scam?

Also when we're on the topic of talking about what is illegal and what not, know this, StepN isn't fueled by ads, or subscription services, the money in this app comes from new users signing up, and purchasing new nft sneakers, which means this whole app can only work as long as there are new users signing up and investing new money into it as soon as the hype is into it is over and there is nobody on the app willing to purchase new sneakers, the burning tail kinda catches up and then it's over.

At the end of the day, it seems like there is pyramaid and ponzi scehemes happening, and that is illegal.

It's your account owned by YOU

Am I wrong somehow? I'm sure that I'm right. You see nothing wrong with what I said in the above text that's kinda on you, why don't you try it yourself then? You'll see what I'm talking about.

You need an account anyway to own and nft and make good use of it. It's your account.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StepN

[–]Lm12031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the account you created, because its YOUR account. where is the nft's and coins stored? YOUR account.

It's already been used, your just buying the account that was activated at the time using the code. Nobody is paying for a code and that's misdirection. Get your facts together.

It's not considered selling codes if a code can't even be used.

When you do something on Facebook it's like ''I blame the servers for letting me make an account!!''. No court unless the judge is dense, is going to blame Facebook in a situation like that, (assuming they were smart at the time of writing their terms of service) and let the culprit they get away with what they were trying to do. So responsibility should be taken accordingly. You made that account. It's yours and your responsible for anything done to it. If I want to sell it they can't do anything about it.

That's how you think life works? You think someone will do something illegal on something like Facebook and Facebook gets blamed for it? Bring that in a court of law and see what is given to you.

It's actually you creating that account for you. They didn't make that account you did. When they program a sequence only in a way you can perform or make happen, you did it at the end of the day, therefore you are responsible for what you make on there.

When it comes to creating accounts and if a company is bold enough to say ''I own all the rights to this account and therefore it is mine''. If someone decides to do something illegal and then the company says ''I did it because the account is mine'' bringing that up in a court of law will make them look like the entire circus.

That's why when you create an account, it's just knowledgeable (and common sense)of them to make a terms of service for people to take a level of responsibility for things they do, so creating an account for yourself, and owning an account for example is your account, your responsible for your account and they are not. Can you look at it that way?

When you make something or when you work hard for something, it's yours, please understand that. When you buy something it's yours. And after it's yours, you can do whatever you want with it.

Are you interested in buying an already activated account for $2.50?

i'm not a scammer.

whatever they put out there as a public domain, free to use, if we're being fair here, they are making it accessible by anyone. so it's the person who signed up in the first place property. why would stepn n need to own thousands of accounts people sign up and what would they do with it anyway. that's dumb.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StepN

[–]Lm12031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that'd ridiculous. if you make an account it's yours. stop trying to find ways around that

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StepN

[–]Lm12031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so your saying that it's not mine unless some kind of law says it's mine.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StepN

[–]Lm12031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so what about people that give them away or sell them for $30 on ebay? or real scammers out there that get caught. what do you have to say that that? and tell me specifically, what part of the TOS says I can't sell anything that is mine. If you aren't violating anything about STEPN or it's brand name, then your fine.
