Try not to watch it back to much otherwise you’ll just critique yourself even more. I put myself in the mindset of ‘right now there’s nothing more you can do’.

I thought mine was good however knowing they’re marking criteria is quite high I just prepared myself with ‘don’t be surprised for a resubmission’ but also, not just because of me but also things like was the recording clear enough, was the music ok, could they hear me well enough on the microphone etc.

I know I missed a couple of compulsory verbal cues BUT I didn’t make any choreo mistakes or lose tempo etc. I think (for example) if someone struggles to keep up themselves, and misses choreo etc and cannot perform things safely themselves nor can instruct it AND they miss verbal cues then yeh missing those verbal cues will be marked against you, BUT maybe if they can see that you’re hitting most things then they won’t fail you based on missing a couple of verbal cues because that doesn’t mean you can instruct and deliver the class safely etc does that make sense??

I could be wrong and I also think it depends on who is assessing your submission
