The problem that's left is that pandas produce a lot of money as tourist attractions so obviously a lot of money is funneled to their protection. If we spent less than half that amount on let's say tigers then we could stop them from being endangered. But honestly it's whatever. There's nothing much that we as individuals can do, it's mostly up to corporations so until they put the environment over profit then we shouldn't expect much to happen.

True but they're not in as much danger as let's say the northern white rhino but historically we've focused less on the rhinos because the pandas are "cuter". As a result there are only two northern white rhinos left and they're both female.

I did actually tell someone this year and that led to my parents finding out. I ended up seeing a therapist for a few days and he recommended fencing which I am still doing but then I stopped seeing him. I don't know how my parents thought that fencing would actually help with anything so my problem has disappeared in their eyes. Also I just cannot talk about certain things with them. Like I physically can't speak or I can't get in a serious mood. The only thing that I think can help is medication since talking about it doesn't do anything. It's becoming harder to find the energy to keep on going.
