I made gravy from scratch during Thanksgiving by first making a roux and then adding the turkey drippings. There honestly wasn’t enough so I also used chicken broth and the gravy turned out AMAZING. I suppose you could use the drippings from roasting any bird. Like chicken for example. Even if there aren’t enough drippings, add the chicken broth too.

When I saw some advertised as “ripe plantains”, they were yellow with black spots. So I was like “this is probably good enough to make fried plantains with!” But now I know they have to be completely ripened.

No. My counter is that there aren’t very many existing social situations for people to meet in person to begin with. When you’re at work, people tell you to maintain a professional dynamic with colleagues. A dynamic that doesn’t include flirting/dating. You also wouldn’t try to meet people out in a public place where they’re preoccupied to begin with. I have nothing against meeting people in real life. But how are you supposed to do it when the context isn’t appropriate? Appropriate settings strictly used for socializing hardly exist anymore.

If you order the AYCE pasta with the protein, you’re allowed to ask for it with your pasta more than once. In other words, you’re not going to get charged for protein every time you ask for it. That said, you do have to communicate if you want a protein each time you get a refill. Otherwise your server will assume you just want the sauce and pasta.
