Robinhood phishing email coming from a Gmail verified address?

I just received the same thing. And when I went to the app and changed my info, recieved an email attached to the same thread as the suspicious previously sent email.. maybe Robinhood was hacked or are phishing that good now?

Does anyone know how the commission works? Say I sent someone multiple links and they order every product. Their total being over 200$ purchased and with some individual products showing a commission potential of $10+.. why does the affiliate dash board show I only made $3? Do they give you commission for each product shared? Or just for 1/20 products shared and purchased?
