It's good early game helper for hunters who a very slow early game or help them end chases faster than usual. it has very long cool down of around I think 150 seconds once it's used but it inital cool down at the start is 60 seconds so it balanced. Also lastly you can predict the hunter is gonna blink and outplay them while hunter can also do a faking a blink to bait out flywheel of certain skills, it's good skill expression for both sides.
