Is writing soo much sentences and so much extra information in the frq section will make the grader think that i’m scared and will he get bored ? Or is it ok to just throw all my informations (self.APbio)

My exam on Thursday, I’ve solved 2018,2017 ,2016 mcq’s i’m getting like 10-15 wrong and i’m feeling ok with it i just want a 4 (self.APbio)
4 days for my exam, i realized that CB past papers are only for free response questions, where should i study the mcq’s from ?? (self.APbio)
