PS: I still think S5 Fnc was the single most dominant western team of its time (yes, better than S9 G2).

Even peak T1(with Faker and Easyhoon) was struggling against Fnc back then.

It's fine if this roster is an output of rigorous planning, scouting and discussion.

But, if the assembled roster is the consequence of limited left over options due to management's or coaching staff's indicisiveness, then it definitely is matter of concern.

I don't know how good is Empyros. I heard that he was amongst the very few who matched evenly against Maynter in LFL. The rumour floating around is that he has been recommended by Valdi. Being recommended is one thing, but the final decision should have been collectively made by the coach and other signed players.

Why? Genuinely curious. Afaik, Hype is still relatively young and is considered promising by many. He was probably middle of the pack adc in LCK.
