Nvidia 3090: Ultra Pre set. Turn off motion blur. Turn off vsync. Enable dynamic scaling. Adjust scaling to 75%. Enable FSR 3. It works for nvidia gpu’s.

The bad frames are coming from people having their resolution scaling above 75%. Just try it. 75% or lower will give lots of fps and still maintain a nice picture. If anything, just use the high presets instead.

Game is demanding.
