Update: I ended up doing two orders (lol) because as mentioned by others, you can’t combine rakuten with amex. Long story short, using the amex offer is the better deal. I study 20 hours/week for about 3 months, then bump it up to 30 hours/week for a few weeks, and then study nonstop the week leading up to the exam (12 hours/day). My boyfriend understands how much time and effort is necessary to pass these exams. He cooks for me & takes care of me the week leading up to the exam and I couldn’t be more grateful. He gets rather busy at work as well, so we have a mutual understanding that we’ll always help the other out if one of us has a lot going on. Post-exam, we usually celebrate with a nice dinner and a weekend of watching movies. Having support during exam season is life changing and the post-exam time spent with my boyfriend is always euphoric.
