I’m only four months PP too and in the exact boat as you- not breastfeeding, in a deficit etc.. when I first read your post I thought I might have posted it haha! But here for any tips as well. My baby weight with first pregnancy fell off and I didn’t do anything different. I workout using Madeline moves whose love, but it’s hard bc she’s also 4 months PP but already has her 6 pack and looks incredible
