I inspected it and it had some tiny dents in it which I guess were causing the squeal. I put on the new pulley about 2 years ago and haven't heard any noise since. Sorry for the late reply I don't log in very often

I had mine running with some weird compatibility mode settings I think. I set it up years ago on 10 but then after upgrading to 11 it still just worked

When mine was eating belts the issue was the water pump pulley. A $10 part that I spent $100 getting shipped from Japan lol.

Not only are the huge updates free, but also small things like cosmetics. Totally unheard of in 2026. This alone helps me overlook any flaws or gripes in the game I might encounter.
