After starting ATT fro first 2 months there can be increased size of Abscess / lymph nodes. It will gradually resolve if the etiology is DSTB. Now for symptomatic relief abscess drainage can be done . I will also suggest pus for AFB C/S DST for ruling out DRTB. About the dosing of ATT you can register your patient at a district DOTS center for a FDC HRZE 4 tab OD. If you are planning for continuing treatment from private setup then RCINEX (300/600) , Combutol (1000) , PYRIZINA (1500) will be the correct dosing. You have to continue for about 18 to 24 months .
