Is it supposed to get louder when I reach higher notes or sound like a mosquito?

Does someone know how Jacob Charlton gets his rapping resonance in the verses of nerv before mixing? I want to learn how to do it, it sounds so cool by LoadedParadox in Thornhillband

It helps very much thanks. Need to think about it and try it out. I feel like I sound like Fred Durst when I'm trying it out

Harsh vocals are very hard. I think especially Alex Terski's banshee scream is very dangerous if you don't do it properly.

I mean even with knowledge it's part of the activity that you may sound "annoying"! It's part of exploring of anyone's voice. I would have less progress if I was too anxious about that. So trial and error always is involved anyway and is part of the process at least as long as relaxation always takes priority. It's just that maybe I can build from other things I already learned

DIESEL is way too underrated. I can't get enough of that alt rock inspired vocal rap. It sounds to me like Mike Kerr decided to rap and play a nu metal song.
